Check product images before you upload them
Choose images from your device. This tool reads their local file details only. It does not upload or store them.
JPG, PNG and WebP are checked. You can select more than one image.
Image readiness report
What this image check looks for
A product photograph can be attractive and still be awkward to use. This check looks at the file details that often create avoidable friction: whether the browser can read the image, whether it is in a common web format, whether its longest edge has enough pixels for a useful product-page image and whether the file is unusually large.
The thresholds are warnings, not laws. A close detail may be intentionally smaller, and a large original may need resizing before it goes into a shop. Use the report to decide what to inspect, not to replace judgement.
What it cannot judge
A file check cannot tell whether the image shows the correct option, whether a prop is accidentally presented as included or whether the photograph answers the buyer's question. Review those points on the page itself. The five-photo guide can help you plan the missing views.
Local and private
The browser reads the selected files on your device and creates a report from their names, formats, sizes and dimensions. The files are not uploaded, stored or sent to an external service.
