Brand Tool Guide

Practical marketing for small physical-product brands.

The working library

A reference for people who sell physical products online.

Brand Tool Guide helps small product businesses make clearer pages, more useful content and less wasteful marketing decisions.

This is for the person doing several jobs

You may be making the product, packing orders, answering customer questions and trying to improve the online shop between everything else. The site is for founders and owner-operators of small physical-product brands, including makers moving from markets to online selling and seasonal sellers who need marketing that remains affordable between campaigns.

The site helps with decisions, not decoration

The guides cover product pages, product descriptions, photographs, video, email messages, launches and software choices. Each article should help you answer a concrete question: what does a buyer need to know, which message belongs in which system, what can this image honestly show, or does a new tool solve a real problem?

What counts as evidence here

We separate a checked fact, a supplier claim, an editorial judgement and a hypothetical example. We do not present a generated illustration as a product test, or a general platform statement as proof that a tool is right for every small brand. When a claim needs current verification, the page should identify the source or leave the claim out.

How AI is used

AI assists aspects of drafting, production and editorial illustration. That makes checking more important, not less. We remove invented authority, unsupported results and smooth wording that hides an unresolved fact. Our editorial policy explains the standard and how to report a correction.

Funding and contact

Some product reviews may contain clearly disclosed affiliate links. We do not accept paid placements, checkout or newsletter signup. If a page contains a commercial relationship, it will disclose it before a reader acts. Questions and corrections can be sent to hello@brandtoolguide.com.
